The “huitieme arrondissement” is the high-end neighborhood of the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, located on the Right Bank. Touristy, expensive and busy, it wouldn’t be my first choice of where to stay in Paris, but it does include some hotels that should be noted.
