Location, location, location. You can’t beat the location of this hotel. Located on the beautiful and quiet Ile St. Louis, you are in walking distance to the best of the Left and Right Banks. Very well decorated 17th century mansion. Small but beautiful and cozy rooms, a uniquely Parisian atmosphere. Many cafes and restaurants around.

The Ile St. Louis is extremely picturesque, it’s got a lot of tourists by day, but that is due to the lovely Rue St. Louis en L’ile where this hotel is located. Lots of shopping (cute boutiques), lots of restaurants and cafes, and the best ice cream in town at the many Berthillon windows on the island.
The only dowside to the island is there is no metro stop. You have to cross the Seine to get tot he metro, but that’s not a huge walk.
