The “quatrieme arrondissement” is a beautiful, historic and “hip” area of Paris: Le Marais. Part of the Marais is the Jewish quarter of Paris, where you can get the best falafel in town. The vast majorityof the Marais is loaded with incredible cafés, stylish boutiques and 17th century mansions. Place des Vosges, the oldest and perhaps most beautiful square in Paris, is located here. L’ile St. Louis, the sister island to the Ile de la Cite, also makes up part of the Fourth. In short, you’re sure to find that it is a central location with loads of charm.
