Considered by many to be the best ice cream in Paris. They have 32 wonderful homemade flavors (gingerbread, nougat, white chocolate, cassis for example). There is often a line outside their carry out window on the Rue St. Louis en l’Ile, but it is worth the wait (although in summertime it can snake down the street). Aside from the main Berthillon shop, there are a few different shops that sell Berthillon on the Ile St. Louis. So if one is out of your flavor of choice just go to the next!
