Le Ziyrab is a restaurant on the 9th floor of the Institut du Monde Arabe, which overlooks the Seine and the back of the Notre Dame. When not open for dining, you can go for mint tea, Turkish coffee and wonderful Moroccan pastries. The view is well worth the trip.
