Also known as the Latin Quarter, this area is bustling with students, cafes, bookstores, and “hip” clothing stores. Very centrally located, you can walk to just about anything from here. The Sorbonne, Pantheon, and famous “Boul’ St. Mich” are all located here. Because the 5th caters to students, you can get a lot for your money here. I would not recommend the restaurants along the Rue de la Huchette, they tend to be tourist traps to be avoided. (Although some people really like the gyros you can get there).
