This is perhaps one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world. The setting is divine, in the Bois de Boulogne, the woods to the west of Paris. The food is gourmet French cuisine, and the restaurant is a member of the “Relais Gourmand” group. Jacket and tie are required here, and reservations are essential.

We had dinner in this restaurant in June. It was awfull! It was the worst dining experience we ever had. The most beautiful restaurant in the world, dah - we were sitting in some kind of a tent next to a big fire extiquisher. The waiter tried but he behaved like a clown. The food was worse than in most one star restaurants. We feel cheeted and not only for money. We didn’t have a lot of evenings in Paris available to dine and that one was a complete waste. They should’ve been demoted not promoted to three stars this year. Well, if you have enemies send them to this restaurant.

Wow, this is unusual! They are usually spot-on.
I suggest you write them a letter and let them know where they went wrong. This is the kind of restaurant that will take that to heart.
