If you plan on visiting a variety of museums and monuments during your stay in Paris, it might be worthwhile to purchase a Paris Museum Pass. The Paris Museum Pass allows entry to 70 monuments and museums for a fixed price (2 days for 30€, 4 days for 45€, 6 days for 60€)
Simply present the pass at each monument or museum and avoid the long ticket lines. The Pass is for sale at all participating monuments and museums, at the Paris Tourist Office at 25 Rue des Pyramides, and at the Espace de Tourisme Ile-de-France at the Carousel du Louvre, 99 rue de Rivoli. Note that the pass only includes each museum’s permanent collections.
Be sure to remember which days your museum of choice is closed. Most museums close on Mondays or Tuesdays. Here is a list of most Paris museum closings.
