Seems good old Nicolas Sarkozy, President of France, went and got himself hitched today. Who knows what this will do to his approval rating, which has been slumping since his relationship with Carla Bruni started. Don’t know them, can’t comment…but hopefully she’ll make one heck of a good First Lady of France!

I think it is fair and necessary to leave President Sarkozy alone. The French Presidency is his job. His marriage is his personal business and has nothing to do with his job.

Just telling what happened in Paris today, which happens to be all over every newspaper world wide, so nobody is really leaving this out of the news.
And I thoroughly agree with you, I don’t think personal life and presidential life should mix. I make no personal judgment in this post. His approval rating has been falling, that is fact not opinion. And then I even state that I don’t know them so I can’t comment.
So…you are preaching to the choir Anis.
