A King's Walk!
This has been one of the great walks of Paris for centuries. Queens and kings would stroll from their palace (Louvre) through the Tuileries gardens and onto the Champs Elysées. Today, you see young people cooling off in the fountains of the Louvre, children playing with their toy boats or riding ponies in the Tuileries, and people from all walks of life and every country in the world on the Champs-Elysées. It’s a long walk, but the only way to truly appreciate the splendor of this bit of Paris.
